Is there a way to make desktop icons in Windows hidden and then appear on mouse-over?
I know there is the option to make specific icons and folders etc. hidden, but that will make them inaccessible or slightly transparent if I set hidden to be shown. I'm looking for a way to have them be active and there, just invisible unless I want them to show with a mouse-over.
If it isn't a default ability of the system, is there some mod or program to download that would allow that? Maybe a gadget even.
I'm running Windows 7 at the moment.
